I absolutely love cooking with spinach! Not only does it taste nice and is very healthy, it is SO colourful and pretty!

This is such an easy, quick and delicious comfy-food pasta, perfect for those late evenings back from the gym when you’re absolutely starving. Chop up some sun dried tomatoes, onion and garlic, fry until the onion is soft, chuck a whole load of spinach on there and when the spinach has halved in size add some cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix in pasta of your choice and dinner’s ready! Just like that!
