Battle of the swedes! Luckily I won in the end but, puh, swedes are hard work to peel and cut!

This really was a nice alternative to potato chips, but I think adding parmesan cheese will make any kind of chips yummy!

Cut the swedes in to shape, place on a baking tray, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle some chopped fresh rosemary and salt and pepper. Toss it around and grill in the top part of the oven, 200-220 degrees. After about 20 min, take it out and flip the chips before sprinkling some parmesan over them and grill for another 15 min or until ready.

Slice 2 red onions into half moons, cook until soft in a bit of olive oil, a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. Then add 2tbsp of balsamico vinegar and let it cook for a few more minutes.

Cut the tenderstem broccoli in half and stir fry with some garlic and rosemary until ready.

The red onion relish went really well with the sausage, I will definitely do that every time I cook sausages from now on!
