We found this recipe in Sainsburys Healthy Food. It definitely tasted alright but not good enough to make up for the ridiculously long time it took to make and all the preparations needed. And it was not worth having grated potatoes all over my face and kitchen. It didn’t help that it was a thousand degrees in the kitchen from the sun, cooker and oven either. All in all, not a great experience. I added extra cheddar cheese to rebel against the recipe though, naughty but nice!
Oh, and if you ever read in a recipe that you can just work the potato mix like a normal pastry when covering the baking tin don’t believe them.
